Makeup artists have forever told us that one of the best ways to make eyelashes seem fuller is to dot black eyeliner as close to the lash line as possible. But there's a reason pointillism is a fine art when I've tried to master the illusion, I usually end up with a wobbly line. That's why I was so excited to stumble across the new Clarins 3-Dot Liner.

The tip looks like a tiny pitchfork, with three small prongs spaced just the teensiest bit apart. Press it into the lash line and presto lashes instantly look naturally fuller. One word of advice: Don't use the liner on the innermost corners of your eyes. It's a touch too thick for the area.
